Derma Area Rural Bank Plc is looking for competent persons to fill the positions of Microfinance officer and Loan Recovery Officer.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

A. Microfinance officer

1. Applicants must be holders of very good HND in business related branch of learning from a recognized Technical University
2. A minimum of three (3) years working experience in Rural Banking/related field
3. Must have held such position before and or currently handling same
4. Knowledge in T24 core banking software and MS-excel
5. Must possess inter-personal skills, results oriented and can discharge his duties under no or less supervision.
6. Ability to ride motor bike would be an advantage.

B. Loan Recovery Officer

1. Applicants must be holders of very good HND in business related branch of learning from a recognized Technical University
2. A minimum of two (2) years working experience in Rural Banking/related field
3. Must be at most thirty-five (35) years of age
4. Must be result- oriented
5. Must possess inter-personal skills and can discharge his duties under no or less supervision.
6. Ability to ride motor bike would be an advantage.

1. To identify overdue loan defaulters and retrieve the loans
