Seth K. Ofori joined the Bank on 2ND Jnauary, 2002. He holds an MBA in Accounting from University Of Cape Coast, Cape Coast, A Bsc. Economics and Business Administration in Accounting from Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre. a Diploma in Network Engineering and Administration from NIIT, Kumasi Centre and an R.S.A Stage III from Takoradi Polytechnic.

He was a computer instructor at S&M Computers Cocoa House Sunyani. He rose through the rank of Clerk to Sub-Assistant Accountant, became the first Systems Administrator of the Bank and introduced ICT into the operations of the Bank in 2008 and spearheaded the full computerization of the Bank in 2012 with ARB Apex Bank.

He became the Head of ICT and E-Banking and once headed the Audit Unit for about four months. He has attended a lot of training programs organized by The Bank of Ghana, ARB Apex Bank and Association of Rural and Community Banks.
