Martin served the Ghana Education Service for 5 years before he resigned, furthered his education and joined the banking industry in Ghana. He worked with formal GN Bank Ghana limited.

He ran from credit officer to operations and through his hard work later became Branch Manager. He worked with GN Bank for the period of five years. He resigned before he took up a higher responsible position as an internal Auditor of Derma Area Rural Bank to Date.

Martin Kwaku Awisi holds a BSC Business Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He is also a facilitator who trains mobile bankers and front desk executives.
